Stop Julie Su From Becoming Sec. of Labor

Julie Su, President Biden's nomination for Secretary of Labor, has a history of supporting dangerous policies.

In California, she supported and enforced a convoluted policy that confused the employment status and destroyed the livelihood of millions!

She gutted the ability of freelancers and independent contractors to find work - something over 70 million Americans rely on.

Julie Su has also sided with organized labor over individual employees time after time. For example, she supported "sectional bargaining" which creates a panel of unelected bureaucrats to determine wages, working conditions, and other decisions for every business across an entire industry.

She even created an armed labor police force and bragged about plans to arrest employers for violations of state employment law.

The Department of Labor under Pres. Biden has already shown a desire to work on behalf of labor unions over employees. Julie Su will not only continue that trend, but make it substantially worse.

California ranks at or near the bottom of countless economic indicators. One statistic where it ranks near the top is out-migration -- largely due to the failed economic policies supported and implemented by Julie Su.
