This bill would undermine the rights of workers by doing the following:
- Overturn or ban right-to-work laws throughout the country, which prevent workers from being fired if they choose not to join a union or pay fees to a union.
- Restrict independent contracting, which has provided generations of Americans a path to financial independence and empowered them to make a living on their own terms.
- Violate workers' privacy by forcing employers to release workers' personal information, exposing them to potential intimidation and harassment.
Washington should do everything possible to make it easier for people to earn a living right now and after this crisis ends, but this bill does the opposite.

Please oppose this harmful, anti-worker legislation, which would not just make it harder to work but slow economic recovery.
