Stop the Free Healthcare Giveaway
The Minnesota Senate Just Voted to Enshrine Taxpayer-Funded Healthcare for Non-Citizens. We Will Hold Them Accountable.
In Tim Walz’s Minnesota, Citizenship Is Optional, but Paying for Everyone Else Is Mandatory.
Minnesota families are being forced to subsidize “free” healthcare for people who broke the law to be here. Thanks to the votes of every DFL Senator, the state will now funnel $600 million in taxpayer cash into MNCare for undocumented immigrants even as law-abiding Minnesotans struggle to pay their own premiums.
There’s nothing “free” about this. You’re paying for it.
The Facts:
-
The Walz administration told us 5,000 would sign up.
-
The real number? 17,400 and counting.
-
That’s three times higher than promised.
-
And it’s going to cost Minnesotans $600 million — with no end in sight.
Whether that number was a mistake or a lie, the outcome is the same: working families are stuck paying the price for a policy that rewards those who broke the rules — and punishes those who followed them.
We Warned Them
We issued a Key Vote Alert. We urged the Minnesota Senate to support common-sense protections ensuring that MNCare stays focused on U.S. citizens and legal residents.
Every DFL Senator ignored it.
Hold Them Accountable
Minnesotans want compassion. But compassion without accountability is chaos.
We can support legal immigration. We can care for our neighbors. But that must come within a framework of fairness, law, and principle — not through unlimited spending or unaccountable programs that send the message:
Break the law. Skip the line. Get benefits others worked for.
If we don’t stand up now, who pays next?
Join us. Stand for principle. Defend Minnesota.
