As a resident of your district, I wanted to join Americans for Prosperity in thanking you for being a Policy Champion on the issues that matter in Illinois. 

Your advocacy and votes on rejecting wasteful spending as part of a record-high $53.1 billion dollar budget with $1.1 billion in new tax hikes is exactly the type of leadership Illinois needs. With one of the highest tax burdens and unemployment rates in the country, we need legislators who vote to leave more money in the pockets of Illinois families to grow our economy.

It's encouraging to see you championing parents' right to choose the best schools for their kids with your support of the Invest in Kids Act. We encourage you to continue in the fight to support educational choices for families when the legislature reconvenes.
