Tom Bingham from the Grassroots Leadership Academy will be discussing the necessity for housing reforms and the policies Americans for Prosperity will be attacking around this issue for the 2025 General Assembly. We will discuss: church establishments ability to build on their own land, property owners having the right to build multiple dwelling units on their own property, and other common sense solutions that provide a free market approach to this urgent issue. Food will be provided.
