FIGHT YOUR PROPERTY TAXES 101

Attend a free educational workshop over dinner hosted by Americans for Prosperity – Texas and learn how to take control of your property tax bill.

Complimentary food will be provided courtesy of Americans for Prosperity

This presentation will walk you step-by-step through the appraisal protest process, including how to read your notice of appraised value, how the system works, and what evidence is most effective when building a strong case.

Guest speaker Gabriel Esparza, Licensed Property Tax Consultant (TDLR #13464) and founder of Alamo Tax Defense, brings over 10 years of real estate experience and has analyzed thousands of properties across San Antonio. He has helped homeowners and investors identify overvalued assessments and uncover meaningful savings within the Bexar County property tax system.

Date: Wednesday, April 29th
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: High Country HOA
Address: 16418 Cypress Park St, San Antonio, TX 78247

After the presentation, attendees can request one-on-one assistance with completing paperwork—such as exemption forms and appeal letters—and get answers to their questions.
