Americans for Prosperity is proud to support David Owen for the House of Delegates District 57! This upcoming election we need to back candidates dedicated to creating opportunities and protecting freedoms, and David Owen plans to do exactly that.

Born, raised, and educated in Virginia, David knows both the issues that those in his home state and the unique opportunities Virginia can provide its residents. After a career as a general contractor allowed him to serve as President of the Virginia Home Building Association - a transformative experience that introduced him to the Commonwealth’s General Assembly where he advocated on behalf of working class Virginians across the state.

Now, David wants to return to the Assembly in a different capacity: as your Delegate. With priorities such as education opportunity, promoting the viability of small businesses, and keeping paychecks in the hands of Virginians, we’re confident David Owen is the delegate DIstrict 57 needs in Richmond.
