Present in everything we do in our daily lives, abundant, affordable, and reliable energy is the key driver of our prosperity and security. At a time where families are crushed under a 40-yr. high inflation rate, the General Assembly and members of our congressional delegation should prioritize increasing opportunity within the Commonwealth’s energy sector to drive down costs for families.

Multiple pieces of legislation have been introduced and are moving through the legislative process, both in Washington and in Harrisburg. From Representatives Struzzi and Kephart’s House Bill 195 to eliminate the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative to the Strategic Production Response Act, START Act and UNSHACKLE Act that would remove barriers to domestic energy production, we have reasonable and bipartisan action legislative branches can take to help Pennsylvanians keep more of their hard-earned money.

It's time the General Assembly and Congress remove antiquated regulations and create affordable energy abundance by supporting legislation that is guided by market signals, not politically-connected green energy interests!
