As a Grassroots Associate, you’ll be on the front lines connecting with voters, identifying future leaders, and helping grow a movement dedicated to expanding freedom and opportunity across Wisconsin.

🫵 What You’ll Do

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods and engage community members in meaningful conversations
• Identify and recruit volunteers, activists, and local leaders
• Build relationships that strengthen grassroots networks
• Collect and input data from field conversations
• Support logistics for canvassing efforts
• Share insights and feedback from the field to improve strategy and impact

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking with new people
• Natural relationship-builder with solid networking instincts
• Self-starter who can work independently and on a team
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Able to walk 2–4 miles per day

📝 The Fine Print

• Part-time opportunity (~20 hours/week to start) with room to expand
• Reports to a Field Director (Grassroots Engagement Director)
• Mix of remote and in-field work
