Dynamic Choice Scholarships/ESA - Indiana’s choice scholarship program was the first voucher system created in the United States. Hoosier leaders should continue to lead the way and offer more flexibility and customization for all families in Indiana. Dynamic choice scholarships promote freedom in foundational educational systems and we hope alternative forms of education that do not yet exist today come into being a benefit to all Hoosier families.
