As a Grassroots Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in your community while earning a living.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with fellow Hoosiers to promote the ideals of freedom, opportunity, and prosperity    
• Conduct outreach door-to-door canvassing
• Provide regular feedback and updates to the Americans for Prosperity-Indiana chapter
• Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics

Qualifications

• Passionate about promoting freedom, opportunity, and prosperity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Access to reliable transportation
