Americans for Prosperity & our management partner Talentwave are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Grassroots Associates and work part-time for freedom, opportunity, and prosperity in Montana. As a Grassroots Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in your community while earning a living.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with fellow Montanans to promote the ideals of freedom, opportunity, and prosperity
• Conduct outreach activities such as door-to-door canvassing, and events
• Provide regular feedback and updates to the Americans for Prosperity-Montana chapter
• Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics

Qualifications

• Passionate about promoting freedom, opportunity, and prosperity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent experience preferred
