Dear Senator:

As a constituent of your district I
am writing to ask you to vote NO on House Bill 205.

House Bill 205 is legislation that
will impose an unnecessary and burdensome new labor licensure requirement on
the men and women working to defend Americans energy dominance.

We already are feeling the pain of
Bidenomics. Over the last several months the price of energy has increased.
Costing constituents like myself more money on everything from utility bills to
grocery store visits. The big government Bidenomics labor mandates
contained within HB205 will only exacerbate this problem even more.

Additionally, Ohio’s oil and gas
producers are among the safest in the industry. The rate of job-related
nonfatal injuries and illnesses nationwide has decreased from 3.5 per 100 full
time workers in 1994 to 0.5 in 2020.

Senator, I am respectfully asking
you to vote NO on House Bill 205. Keep Ohio energy production up and keep Bidenomics
style big government mandates out of our pocketbooks.
